Current Projects
Thornapple Manor
Located in Hastings, MI- Thornapple Manor is currently undergoing a fifty unit Assisted Living addition which will be constructed adjacent to the exisiting building. The new building will be a one story conrete sab-on-grade consisting of approximately 49,930 square feet and will be wood construction with a pitched roof.

Calhoun County Medical Care Facility
A complete renovation to the existing facility along with three major additions were completed in 2007.
Thornapple Manor
Over the last 21 years, CM Contracting has completed a series of additions, new building, renovation and facility upgrades. Currently under construction is a 50,000 square foot assisted living facility that is scheduled for completion in July 2022
Maple Lawn Medical Care Facility
CMC has been working with Thornapple Manor for over 20 years. Completing three addition and renovation projects. The most recent project - completed in 2018- created thirty new private rooms along with a wing by wing renovation of the entire facility.
Lenawee Medical Care Facility
Three previous addition projects and many small facility upgrade projects have been completed over the last 21 years, including a room by room renovation which was completed in 2016. The majority of the additions were to change the facility from semi-private to private rooms to make the facility a modern Social Model of Long Term Care.
Woodworth Heat Treatment Plant
Completed in May of 2016 in Albion MI, this project was to complete a new 80,000 square foot heat treating plant.
TRMI Bay 5
80,000 square foot Bay addition to the existing TRMI Plant completed June 2016
Southside Bible Church
Completed in September of 2019, this project was an addition to the existing church in Battle Creek, MI.
